When should I expect my order? 

We have next day dispatch on all orders from our Sydney, NSW warehouse. 

Standard Shipping:
Metro 3-6 business days, Regional: 4-13 business days.

Express Shipping:
Metro 1-3 business days, Regional: 2-5 business days.

Can I add to an existing order? 

All of our orders are shipped the next day. If you have not yet received an email advising your order has been dispatched, then please reach out and we would be happy to help if possible. 

Pre-Order Items

The payment will be collected as soon as you have placed the order even if the items included are on pre order. If you have any questions about items you have pre-ordered, please reach out and we will be happy to help.
