Faulty Goods 

At zi&co the quality of our products is very important to us. If your product is faulty, please complete the contact form and we will be in touch to rectify the issue. 

Change of Mind Returns

We believe that you will love our products as much as we do but if you don't we will happily accept returns of unused products (in the original packaging) within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to reject a refund if the product is not in an unused condition in the original packaging. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will not be included in your refund.
