🍓 Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup quick oats or oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- Optional: white choc chips or chopped nuts
👩🍳 Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In your zi&co silicone lunch box, mash banana and mix in the egg, yogurt, milk, and vanilla.
- Add oats, protein powder, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in raspberries and optional extras.
- Bake on a tray for 20–22 minutes or until golden and firm.
